Nordic's walking is a different way of walking, with light sticks, in a convivial setting.
Enjoy the benefits of this activity, accessible to all, and which will allow you to enjoy nature, near the village or on the mountain trails.
Sophie, Nordic's walking instructor and mountain leader, offers sessions on demand, depending on your level and your desires. The sticks are provided.
