This snowshoe trail takes you through an untamed landscape to the imposing Lac de la Rosière, with the majestic Dent du Villard looming in the background.
Possible access to the starting point with a free shuttle (Roc Sabal stop) or on foot from the snowfront of Courchevel Moriond (I itinerary).
From the Roc Sabal turn, follow the wide and flat groomed path which goes into the forest. About 750m further, you will see a small path on the left that goes downhill in the Laition forest. It leads to the Rosière lake trail. Turn right to reach a small path that goes across the forest and leads to the bottom of the valley. Next to the big barbecue, reach the forest again and go uphill by a steep trail. It leads to the wide Rosière path. Follow this track until you reach the Belvédère road, next to the Miléade village-club. Follow the road on the left to go back to the starting point.
Warning: do not stay under the Dent du Villard avalanche slopes.
