86 km circuit starting from the Plans d'Hotonnes resort allowing you to double the ascent of the Grand Colombier via the Valromey and its neighbor the Col de la Biche from the Rhône valley.
Departing from the Plans d'Hotonnes resort on the Plateau de Retord, this circuit climbs the Grand Colombier by its easiest face on the Lochieu side and descends to Anglefort. (Recommended detour of one km to the Fenestrez viewpoint during the descent to enjoy the panorama).
The Col de la Biche from Corbonod is done on its most difficult side before switching back to Valromey and climbing back to the starting point.
