Guilaine is passionate about cooking and creating recipes, and in 2021 will be launching her own jam-making business.

It's a way of combining cooking with human contact, by taking her products to the markets.

After a great deal of research, she realized that jam-making is fairly regulated in terms of ingredients and especially the amount of sugar, hence the idea of fruit spreads, which are prepared like jam, but contain less sugar than required by regulations.
