1.52m heigh minimum. Initiate, Advanced or Expert level (groups will be created depending on everyone's level). Wear flat shoes without cleats. Bring a backpack, water and snack. Lift pass purchased on site at La Clusaz. (approx. 19€ for 3-hour liftpass) Unaccompanied minors authorised.

Physical Level: EXCELLENT PHYSICAL CONDITION
On this day tour, you will cycle about 30 kilometers, not counting the downhill runs in the bike park. Portage possible. It is recommended to practice mountain biking regularly and to have a good level in descent and piloting.
3-hour La Clusaz Liftpass not included. You can buy it online before coming to our shop or directly with your bike instructor at the bottom of the lifts.
Full protection kit included: Helmet, gloves, knee pads and elbow pads.
