This activity is dedicated to learning the psychosocial skills (CPS) that play such an important role in children's lives!

Children who learn these skills will be more fulfilled and engaged in their learning.

This "Emotional expression & self-confidence" activity is an opportunity to work on the development of psychosocial skills.

Children who learn psychosocial skills (CPS) are more fulfilled, more engaged in their learning, more successful at school and happier in their lives!

The activity is divided into 3 parts:

- Beginning ritual: indoor weather; group rules; attention practice.

- Examples of outdoor activities: quest for the talking stick; sensory walk, sylvotherapy (tree hugging); nature treasure hunt, land art...

- Examples of indoor activities: sensory workshop; emotional map; Chinese portrait; qualities map; self-confidence challenge game...

- Closing ritual : Dance of joy; expression of gratitude; meditation.

The tools used to carry out this activity are: Non-violent Communication (NVC), books, emotion cards, need cards, puppets, games, music, creative activities, mimes, sensory workshops...

Playful workshops to help children be more fulfilled, more engaged in their learning, more successful at school and happier in life.

This 2-hour workshop is organized indoors or outdoors for a moment of enchantment and sharing (bring appropriate clothing).

Children feel listened to, respected, secure and welcomed in their totality and uniqueness.

A workshop to help children gain self-confidence: in themselves, in their skills and in their relationships with others.

In a caring environment, children and teenagers discover and experience what they feel, love and experience in their relationship with the world and with others.

But also, what makes them happy, connects them to their life energy and makes them shine!
