The lake of Virieu offers a large beach, games for children and many picnic areas in the shade of the trees. Swimming is supervised in July and August.

Swimming is supervised from July 1 to August 31, from 12.30 pm to 6.15 pm.

Snack bar "Un Air de Vacances" available all summer:

- July to August: daily from 10am to 10pm

Dogs are not allowed in the swimming area.

Wild camping and bivouacking, day and night, are strictly forbidden. Picnics are tolerated in the respect of the environment. Campfires and barbecues are strictly prohibited.
