Practising outdoors opens up another dimension and multiplies the benefits of yoga or relaxation. It is an opportunity to stimulate the senses, to observe, to feel, to listen to the singing of the birds, the wind or the river, the feet in the grass, to connect with our roots, the sun, the mountains. It is being fully present and aware of the life within us and around us. A magical moment and always different.
