The criteria assess :
- The overall approach to community enhancement.
- Activities to promote this approach to the local population, visitors and other stakeholders.
- Presentation of the plant and flower heritage.
- The management methods implemented to maintain this heritage while respecting natural resources and biodiversity.
- Complementary actions implemented to enhance the quality of public spaces (heritage, furniture, roads, facades, signs, cleanliness, etc.).
- The coherence of landscaping and its management in different parts of the town.
