Nature Hiking: A New Way to Experience the Mountains
Discover the Mountain Workshop, an activity based on an educational tool developed by the National School of Mountain Sports (ENSM) in partnership with UCPA. In 1 to 1.5 hours, it introduces you to the mountains in a fun and holistic way: biodiversity, non-living environments, physical and mental health, and collective action toward more environmentally friendly practices.
On the agenda: we draw on small pieces of paper, place them in the right spot, share ideas, walk, and reflect together on the mountains and environmental issues.
An activity accessible to everyone, combining a leisurely walk, creativity, and collective intelligence.
