After 2013, 2017, 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2024, Le Grand-Bornand will once again be hosting the Biathlon World Cup from 15 to 21 December 2025, at the Sylvie Becaert international stadium. Come VIBRATE, CELEBRATE, SUPPORT, SHARE!
Annecy-Le Grand-Bornand is the French home of the BMW IBU Biathlon World Cup, and has already hosted six rounds of the event in 2013, 2017, 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2024, making it a key venue on the international circuit.
...WITH RECORDS TO MATCH!
With over 67,000 spectators (including 3,500 secondary school students invited by the Haute-Savoie Department and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region respectively), the 2024 leg smashed its previous attendance record, set in 2019 when just over 63,000 tickets were issued.
This success was confirmed by the exceptional audiences recorded by the L'Equipe television channel, particularly during the broadcast of the races.
It was an opportunity to see the talents of the French team shine on home soil, in the Sylvie Becaert international stadium... and for the Organising Committee to meet up again with the ‘biathlon family’, bringing together the fans, athletes, partners, officials and media who were expected in large numbers.
