The Parc National de la Vanoise is committed to a policy of welcoming and providing activities for people with disabilities. Hikes for the motor-disabled are organized every summer in the reserve.Contact: patrick.rouland@parcnational-vanoise.fr

In addition to the beauty of the glacial landscape, the reserve is home to an exceptional flora of moraine and scree, including some twenty rare species. The alpine fauna is well represented: Alpine ibex, chamois, marmot.
The reserve's specific regulations (concerning dogs, gathering, bivouacs, etc.) are indicated on the signs at the entrance to the reserve.
Created in 1973, the reserve covers 2,230 ha of grassland, scree and rocky outcrops at altitudes ranging from 1,798 m to 3,747 m.
It is managed by the Vanoise National Park.
