From the arrival point of the Super-Châtel gondola lift, follow the footpath towards Lac de Conche. The first part of the route is on the footpath as far as the Chalet Neuf ski lift junction.
The route then continues through the forest to the Col de Culet. Then turn right to reach the top of the ski lift. The finish offers a magnificent panorama of the Dents du Midi. The descent is on the blue ‘Le Lac’ piste to the left of the ski lifts.
With only 200 D+ and a low percentage of ascent, most of which is on groomed piste, this is the ideal route for a beginner's introduction to ski touring.
The last descent should be made before 4.30pm.
Easy touring.
